Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of loveatfirstwoof.pl (the “Site”), operated by Love at First Woof, an FCI-registered English Springer Spaniel kennel in Dziegielów, Poland. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about our kennel, our dogs and our litters. It is informational only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a puppy or an online sale, and no purchase can be completed through the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, videos, the Love at First Woof name and logo, graphics, layout and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-party names and marks, including FCI and ZKWP, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. No licence to use them is granted.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site;
• introduce viruses or interfere with the Site’s security or operation;
• impersonate us or misrepresent your relationship with us.

Enquiries sent through the Site do not create a contract. All puppy sales are subject to availability, a meeting or interview, and a separate written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Reservation deposits, the health guarantee, transport and handover are governed solely by that agreement.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free. Content about dog care is general information only and is not veterinary advice.

The Site may link to third-party websites or social media. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and linking does not imply our endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
